How Good Is Hulu?

Posted on 05 December 2008

First of all, one has to be impressed by their huge library of quality, full length popular TV shows.

Second of all one can’t help to be stunned by the sheer quality of picture and sound quality. After all a lot of the shows are aired on prime time TV – none of the amateur poor quality footage we have allowed ourselves to become accustomed to from sites such as You Tube. (more…)

Australian Government Denies Downs Syndrome Dad Residency.

Posted on 31 October 2008

The Australian Immigration department has denied permenant residency to a German doctor whose temporary visa runs out in 2010.

Dr Molleir, who was invited by the Australian government to work in Australia in a drive to boost the numbers of doctors working in rural areas, has a son with Downs Syndrome, and is the reason for the denial.

The Immigration Department stated: “A medical officer of the Commonwealth assessed that his son’s existing medical condition was likely to result in a significant and ongoing cost to the Australian community,” a departmental spokesman said in a statement issued Thursday by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship.

UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!!!!!! Australia of all places.

Powerful Endorsement Of Obama By Powell

Posted on 19 October 2008

There is really not much for me to say other than to endorse Colin Powell’s endorsement 100%.

Yes, Obama has been teaching himself and from his advisers around him about issues that the president would face on a daily basis.

Yes, Obama has been alot calmer or shall I dare to use the words less “erratic” than McCain during this financial crisis. (more…)

Socialism – A Dirty Word In America.

Posted on 19 October 2008

It’s about time I make my own views known to my viewers. I like to think I am independent, neither left wing or right wing, and in fact feel privileged in some respects as it allows me an outsiders perspective – which is usually the most rational of all perspectives!!

So I am not a socialist, nor a communist, nor a liberal or a conservative – the label list goes on….. (more…)

Jesse Jackson’s Gutter Campaign Against Obama.

Posted on 14 October 2008

Without a shred of evidence, I believe that Jackson’s latest campaign to vocally castrate Obama’s chances at getting elected to the White House was done in concert and tacit approval of Rev Jeremiah Wright.

Like I said – no evidence, but the similarities are there to be seen.

Let’s see – Wright repeats the most outrageous racist rantings that he must have known would damage Obama at the most public of events – guest speaker at the National Press Club.

Today Jesse Jackson refers to the Zionist grip on the White House as being severely diminished under an Obama administration, also at the most public of events – the World Policy Forum in France. (more…)

St Jude’s Hospital

Posted on 05 January 2010

There is nothing more painful for a parent than to see their child suffer. The agony of feeling utterly helpless when he cries in pain is beyond description. The constant and continual fear that your child will be lost before he can receive the treatment that will save him is almost unbearable. Adding impact to [...]

Make A Wish!

Posted on 28 December 2009

Growing up I had always heard of Make A Wish, knew the basic premise of what they did, but never really appreciated what was involved or how and when the charity begun and where it is today. Luckily for me, their website Wish.org provides an extensive biography of the charity and the work it performs. [...]

This is a story about the best and worst that humanity has to offer. From the depths of cruelty, despair and hopelessness to the freedom of life, liberty and economic self sufficiency. Imagine a world where girls as young as five working a brothel house, having sex with up to thirty paedophiles a night; paedophiles who [...]

Newsweek Needs To Grow Up.

Posted on 17 November 2009

I am no fan of Sarah Palin. I don’t believe that she has any right to be a torchbearer for anything political since giving up the governership of Alaska. Her naked ambitions to run for President are all too apparent, no matter how poorly she attempts to disguise it. Her well timed book publication and its [...]
